“Since I can remember I’ve had many challenges in life and many years ago I faced my biggest fight and lost in life its name was Depression.

Back then I couldn’t fight it, I lost all hope within myself and felt this world would be better off without me, which led me to attempt suicide.

Having lost that fight I was able to wake up the next day in the hospital and I had a chance to change my life, the way I think and to share my experiences.

FIGHT IT GET HELP TALK is an acronym to spread awareness for mental health. The Fight is in us all to be able to tap into the resilience within us and do the things to build up our character and understand the bad days we have we can turn into better ones.

My logo contains many mental health conditions, depression, anxiety, stress, the list goes on. Mine is depression and anxiety that’s my fight most days and yours could be 1 of many but we are all fighting something.

My message is to empower those who need the confidence to believe in themselves again and we fight it together”
